We're bringing you a new version of the ice cream cake — bite-sized ice cream cupcakes. No cake — just ice cream. Cookie crumbles sandwiched between ice cream, topped with whipped cream. They're small enough to eat with your hands while walking around the park. You might get a little messy, but we promise it will be worth it.
